NPC Spawn Issue: double spawn - pickclaw goblins in HK

Multiple pickclaw goblins spawns in HK in Highkeep basement are double spawning. This is occurring in the bottom most level or "raider room", in the middle level or "warrior room", and also in the hallway descending from the first level basement floor with goblins.
