I didn't have trouble with this.

Are you using the 'Freeport Forge' located in freportw past the arena, by Brina Foxtripper and Larn Brugal?

No sir, I was using the forge located in East Freeport at -45, 230, outside of Armor by Ikthar.

Need to use the one in west freeport. When clicked, it should say "Freeport Forge".
