1018 a Grouping issue?

I've noticed that when I log out (/camp) while grouped I invariably have a 1018 issue logging back in.

For those familiar with the Project 1999 source, is it possible that while we don't have "active characters" per se, we instead are listed in some kind of orphaned group list?

I have reduced my 1018 issues by ensuring that I /disband prior to logging.

I have accounts with 0 characters created that experience this problem, so it has nothing to do with grouping.
