Just had this discussion last night, 80k ball park is the price for tear + CoM turn in. If you want someone to grind faction for you and do whatever else needs to be done for the quest then you are looking at a lot more.

I think I saw 60-70ish for the tear+final fight, seems a bit high imo... For the faction hire any 29+ druid, bind in NFP and just keep going back and forth to BB, doesn't take extremely long.
