Friend Randomly Banned?

Hey guys, my friend just now tried to log back into his account after taking a few months hiatus and it turns out he is banned? Is there any reason for this? I saw the news post on the home page about RMTing accounts being banned but he hasn't spent a dime of real money on this game.

Can any one assist me in pointing me in some sort of direction to get this issue resolved? Or at least be offered an explanation as to why he was banned?

His name is Senryu and he is a wood elf bard.

I'd only be freaking out if he did something wrong, but i'm fairly confident that we can get this resolved.
