Default Bard song casting bar poofing

Very often, the bard song casting bar poofs while the song is casting. At first, it looks like a missed note, but there is no text indicating a missed note and the song's effects still take place.

This is very confusing for a bard who has to twist songs quickly and doesn't have time to check whether a song casting bar disappeared due to a missed note or due to the bug I described.

C'mon Zander, search button man.

But honestly, this is an annoying issue. I specifically set a parser to make an audio sound when songs fizzle because of this very thing. My guess/understanding is it's a server vs client side issue, and not easy to track down and/or fix.
