Spells: Shaman spell sound effects

Currently on P1999 I've found 3 spells (and I assume the entire line for poison/disease) have incorrect sound effects.

-Flash of Light (had a fear like sound effect on live, schhhhweeeeooooo)

-Poison dot spells

-Disease dot spells
