Quest Issue: Thex dagger

Thex dagger quest appears to be broken

Classic texts dont start it high hold.

Is it in fact in game? if it is what era quest did you guys use? early classic? or released bugged/version ? Neither seem to work though.

I think it is implemented as the Princess Lenya quest. So it most likely starts in Felwithe. Ohh.. and you will need to be a paladin to do the quest from what I have heard. Bit of a bummer eh
