NPC Spawn Issue: Brigands

They're supposed to attack anyone, regardless of level. Kind of like undead monsters. Doesn't attack my 25 necro.

They do at scowling but not always at threatening. Whats your faction?

Definitely scowls. I was rather shocked when I ran through the camp and he was just starring at me.
