NPC Spawn Issue: Couple of spawn points at Aviak Village

There are two spawn points at the village that only spawn Rooks and two spawn points that only spawn Darters. As far as I can tell, every other spawn point here has the potential to spawn Egrets, Darters, Rooks, Harriers or Avocets. They should all be this way from what I remember correctly.

Spawn points that only spawn Rooks are

-6234.14 1066.06. -0.65

and

-6553.19 935.69. -0.65

Spawn points that only spawn Darters are

-6631.50. 1056.83. -0.65

and

-6583.49. 1309.95 0.39

Fixed, pending update.

Note: It wasn't only these two spawn points. Most of the zone didn't have enough variance on aviak spawns.
