Default Level 10 Monk, Need of some advice on money and gear!

I've recently just hit level 10 with my Human Monk. Im starting to think i need an upgrade in gear, especially my two cracked staffs. I've been told by many to get the Wu's Quivering Staff, and i could grab this for around 200 to 300pp, maybe more. I only have 31pp and was wondering if anyone knows a good place i could make the 200pp in order to get an upgrade. Oh and any advice on gear in general would be very helpful!

Thank you,

Bone chips and pelts bro! Get to EC and stack that stuff up. Run around killing bears and young kodiaks and try to get HQ Bear pelts, which sell to players for 20-30pp each.

Also consider taking up tailoring and farm up silk. Or just farm up silk and find a tailor to make you silk and cured silk armor.

yea here's a tip: you started the worst character... you need to destroy your money and loot to keep your AC up by keeping weight down. gear doesnt matter, for the gear you can get that is low weight.

level up a character to gear that one, best advice imo.. or get to begging gear.. if i see you on i have a wu's trance stick in the bank ill give you

Thanks for the advice, and thepianoman added you as friend and ill hit you up in game[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I'd accept gear from players but i dont think i could bring my self to begging for it haha! Is the AC penalty really a big issue?
