Corpse retrieval

Looking for some information. I had a corpse in Chardok when I last played and could never get it back. It has been awhile since I have played and I doubt it will still be there. Is there a way to get it back or is it lost for good? It is a level 50+ corpse with epic so I would love to figure something out.

Any help is appreciated thanks!

Thank you Ambrotos I will do just that. I have to get everything set back up. I have since reformatted my computer. Once I do that I will send in a petition.
