Hybrid spell update, come velious.

I know hybrids got some sort of spell update during velious release...am I remembering correctly? Rangers had SoW moved from 39 to 30, Shadowknights got a slew of new spells (Drain soul instead of that 226hp lifetap at 60.... etc) plus hybrid spell casting haste. This *should* be implemented the day velious drops, correct?
