Diseased Bone Marrow not dropping
Diseased Bone Marrow from brittle skeletons (in steamfont) is definitely NOT dropping. I'm unsure weather it is a classic era item, but i know that it is a required item in the initiate symbol of bertoxxulous quest line which is most definitely a classic era quest dating back to 2000, and still an active quest on the P99 server.
It's possible the quest line was revamped in PoP and thats why it requires an item used in newbie quest armor now. | ||

Update for Classic era proof.
The Symbol of Brell Quest is active and completable in game ( many drunk dwarves and gnome clerics running around) The Brell, Tunare and all other good diety Symbol quests were added to the game AFTER the evil deity quests such as Innuurok, Bertoxxulous, and Cazic. Bertoxxulous only had the initiate symbol quest, i dont know if the disciple quest was ever added? http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=728 Quest discussion (and completion) all the way back in 2000. The diseased bone marrow is dropping, like he said. You were just unlucky.
The "Container of Infectious Reagents" combine didn't exist in the tradeskill database, I've added it. This should work after the update. Also, these quests should now lower your faction with King Ak'Anon, instead of King Tormax. >.> | ||
