NPC Spawn Issue: Fish are Evolving - quickly!

Funny I didn't see this mentioned..

But the fish in a few spots: Qeynos Sewers and Blackburrow have hyper-evolved and are able to walk on land.

The razorgills and the piranha for sure. Not sure which others may or may not be effected.

Really didn't think much about it until I did my habitual jump into the water pit in Blackburrow for a corpse run and well - didn't stop to think that the Razorgills would follow me up on the shore.

I did think maybe to train them to the zone, that would be something you don't see everyday.... but there were plenty enough trains in BB over the weekend..
