NPC Spawn Issue: Bilge falthom pkt drop rate too high.

Hello, I have killed bilge a lot. "which I shouldn't be able to do"
He was ultra rare on live. Even if you know what ph's to kill. He was still maybe once every 2 days or so. I Have killed bilge probably 12 times on this server. It seems like for a month or so he is more rare than before. Which is good , but maybe needs to be even more rare.

My main beef is that the Pearl Kedge Totem drops more often than the reed belt. On eq live the reed belt went for around 300p during kunark. While the pkt went for over 10k. I killed bilge three times on eq live. He dropped the reed belt all 3 times. Maybe I just had bad luck. Out of the 12 times on p1999 that I killed him I got 4 reed belts and 8 pkt's.

Something just seems wrong when the reed belt is going for 5k now , and pkt's I've seen down as low as 4k. I did mention this months and months ago. So kinda late now when most people have the pkt already. On eq live only a handful of people had it. I rarely rarely saw someone with it.

Just wanted to let people know about this again. Seems like a bug to me on the drop rate. Pkt should be much rarer drop. Not the Common drop. I could show evidence if it is needed. I'm pretty sure it's not needed as this was common knowledge.

All the super rare classic spawns are a lot more common here. Seems by design.

Yes because people know the ph's for most like pyzjn, quid, etc. But at least quid or pyzjn the common drop is the common drop.

example I killed 18 quid's in rathe mountains. I got 2 cha hats and 16 hammers. Seems right to me. Another example is I killed pyzjn 5 times so far with no gbs. Seems right.

I killed 12 bilge's got 4 belts 8 pkt's . Seems wrong to me.

Especially the pkt campers responses.

I don't think they want the rare spawns to be common though. They wanted them to be hard to figure out and rare like on live. Quillmaine is another one. That they even changed to make it harder to farm the cloaks. A few weeks after adding it's script. Because the cloaks were wayyyy to easy to farm.

Grizzlenot also needs to be far more rare, on Live he was a myth, here I see him up almost everytime i pass thru SK.

Good to know that the cost of these items should go down considerably after this post.

It kind of sucks that people post this stuff AFTER making thousands of plat farming the spawn though.

Ive killed Bilge twice, 1 belt 1 pkt, still usin em both.

actually pkt and belt both hold around a 50% drop rate, so it wouldn't be uncommon to see those numbers posted above.

PKT has always cost way less on p99 than live.

I am just sad that everyone has a pkt and the price is pretty low for 18 wisdom. This item won't be replaced for a longgggg time. Around 5-6k but I saw one for 4k yesterday. I paid 13k for the first one I bought.

The pkt price will drop because it's the common drop?? It has already dropped month after month. The price of the reed belt will keep going up and pkt down. I don't get how this post will affect the prices. I have only sold 2 of the pkt's and the rest went to friends.

I am just saying it is wrong to have pkt drop even half the time. If that is the drop rate. Pkt has been much more common on my looting of bilge than the belt. It should be a very very hard to get item. But people can farm for 4 hours at cyclops and just buy one for 4k now. I'm just saying it should be harder to get. I think the drop rate is very wrong, compared to eqlive.
