Looks like your solo list is complete. Maybe you could add KC basement but I never liked it there. And HS should be north/entrance/basement, not just north. I hit 60 at the entrance its still pretty decent exp at 59.

With a duo I like SolB because you can just kill more mobs and pretty reliably kill Efreeti every time he pops.

Chardok entrance is certainly doable if you bind outside (to save having to get to the zone out). Just need to be aware of AE groups in there, can ruin any chance of some good hunting.

BW giant fort has been done by 59 necros, I tried it at 54 and it was slow enough for me not to want to ever think about it at 59 [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
