Default Numb the Dead now needs bone chips

Hi Guys,
Numb the dead is now requireing a bone chip to cast, and consuming the bone chip.
This is a bug, it should not need a reagent.

I remember ranting disappearing bone chips back in classic when I was lulling undead on my necro. Eventually I realized this was the culprit. Lol.
