Default Characters Gone after Reinstall

Hi,
I am using the EverQuest Titanium edition for this EMU. I had a level 12 Gnome Mage named "Quickcast." Anyway, I had decided to reinstall the Titanium package and make the proper changes to log in again. I had done this for multiple reasons:

After my first few times playing, and having changed nothing, things changed. I could no longer see many spell gems, the Combat Music (which I had as the original) changed back to EQTitanium music. Every time I attempted to make a new character, it tried to spawn them in the Mines of Glooming Deep. I had had the EMU working just like Classic for about a week, using all the tips from the Setup Guide. Then all these changes hit for no apparent reason.

Anyway, I reinstall, and when I log back into the server, my character is gone. I logged out to make sure I didn't accidentally log into PEQ Grand Creation or something, and I made sure that I joined Project 1999 Classic. Still, my character is missing. He is simply not in my login screen anymore. I have 8 empty slots.

Does anyone know what is causing this? Is my character still on the server, but I am unable to view him? Are there changes I can make to my game files to be able to select him from my login screen again? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reading.

(EDIT: I thought about attempting to make a new char named "Quickcast" to see if the name was already taken, but I wasn't sure if that would screw anything up server-side if it was allowed to go through and make things harder/impossible for any devs to recover if necessary)

Is it possible that you have a second eqemu account and you are accidentally logging into that?

Well now, don't I feel silly. I had completely forgotten about my other account (I used to use it for the Vallon/Tallon Zek server).

Thanks for the help. I never would have noticed, because my login names are almost identical, and I had just assumed this was the one I had always been using.

Thanks again! Now it's time to figure out what is causing this Mines of Glooming Deep problem. Off I go to peruse the forums!

Edit: I can chalk this issue up to me being dense again. Found the Tutorial button, then remembered how I went through the same thing creating my first character.
