Default AC in Sro

Wondering if anyone has seen the AC spawn in Sro as of lately?

I had some issues with PHers i think or im just not killing the correct ones, the dervs that wander and SGs are that little hill east of the DE camp... follow instructions on Zam and a couple of my PHs spawned @ 5 instead of 8. Yes i killed them at 10am like it says. wondering if spawn times might be messed up here or not. anyway if anyone has seen the AC in sro or can help me out here that'd be awesome thanks in advance [You must be logged in to view images. Camp it in OOT Imo. I don't know the deal with SRO, but I have like never seen it pop there, even camped it with a friend for like 8 hours with no pop in SRo. Went to OOT and got it to pop within an hour in the two times I have camped it.

My buddy just got the AC in sro yesterday, so yes, it still does spawn.

I hear people saying there is a trick to spawn him however, I'm not sure about tricks so I suggest you just murder everything that moves.

Your problem is that 8pm isn't night. You need to kill at 11am instead of 10am.

As for details on getting him to spawn:
There are three spawns in the dame spot. One on a 6 min timer, one on a 20ish minute timer, and a last on a 30.6666 minute timer. The 30.66666 minute one is the ACs PH, once you figure out which one it is you don't even have to kill the other two.

I had him spawn on Sunday, so this isn't hearsay.

Look for someone sitting on a hill in So Ro. The spawn point is about 20 feet in front of them. And no, the static zombie has nothing to do with anything.

A Dervish Cutthroat (30% spawn chance)
A Mummy (20% spawn chance)
A Sand Giant (10% spawn chance)
A Desert Madman (10%)

The 10% "A Desert Madman" can also be the Ancient Cyclops, and he only spawns at night: 9 PM - 7 AM game time.

I was there for over 24 hours straight and it didn't spawn. Someone suggested trying it out in OoT, despite the mob being a little harder. With some not so bad XP off of the cyclops PH I got him in a couple hours.

I am echoing the statements above. There is some serious EQ voodoo involved in the SRO one, and from my experience it spawns far less than OOT.

Experiences will vary, but I was part of getting 3 rings at the OOT camp, and each time it was within 2 hours. Once it was the 3rd or 4th spawn.

Good luck!
