Rogue Epic Haste Question

Does rogue epic haste stack w/ other haste items?

I have seen a lot of twinks w/ epic + FBSS, I swear i've seen a COF + epic rogue before too. I have seen a lot of other people w/ TBB instead of FBSS but some have told me it's because w/ any haste buff you'll be capped and not need the FBSS's haste. I hope to get sky belt one day and not have to worry about it but I'm just wondering.

Anyone with a conclusive answer on this?

1 worn haste. Ragebringer + TBB = Win
If they're wearing CoF it's probably for the stats and because they're rich.

Worn passive haste does not stack

The 41% sky haste belt is a waste if you already have Ragebringer (40%). Pretty much any spell haste will cap you, if you have a Ragebringer.

Ravenscale Belt, Thick Banded Belt, and Rune Branded Girdle have better stats. The Belt of Transience is decent being free and all and has a nice +poison resist for dragons like Trakanon and Severilious.

I mean, if you had 40% haste already, you wouldn't bother getting it a 41% belt (unless it just happened to drop for you)

Ragebringer + VoG = 40% + 58% = 98%. Not capped.

Worth getting? Meh.

i think what is being said is that 1% haste doesn't make a difference vs the dps gain of the better stats of other belts

Only at 60 and only with VoG and the difference is 98% versus 99% neither of which will cap. WR is 70%, SoS is 66%, AQ is 64%, SLtW is 60% all of which cap anyone at 60 (100% cap). The haste cap from level 59 and lower drops off rather quickly.

In the strictest terms, an extra 1% haste is an upgrade, but that can be overcome with better stats or resists in the belt slot.

If the 41% belt happened to land in your lap and you don't have a TBB, RBG, or something else, then by all means wear it, but the effort and cost of obtaining the Sky 41% isn't worth it in my opinion. I spent 30k on the feather (for 52 rogue) before epics dropped and the belt now sits in the bank in favor of a 1.5k TBB or a 100p belt with resists.

does the worn 40% haste on Rage work at lvl as i heard u have to b lvl 50 for the effect to function
