Game Mechanics: Cazic Thule Death Touch Malfunctioning

CT's death touches have not worked correctly since the FTE shouts were implemented.

Zone wide DT cycle does not work when golems/draco are engaged, does one DT then saves up a bunch and lets them go in rapid fire when engaged in LoS/aggro radius.

Reported previously, but old threads appear to be auto locked now.

Cazic's DTs are bugged and severely delayed since the patch. It is almost like they queue up at some points and shoot off rapid fire. Draco can also be aggro'd and not cause CT to DT the aggro'er.
