I wrote a sonnett

In an ocean bay they frolic and play.
This life of dolphins surely is a blast.
A group of humans is boating their way.
But out comes a net they struggle and splash.

A dolphin child is stolen that day.
So sad now, but his face can’t make a frown.
He now lives in a pool far, far away.
This dolphin boy shouldn’t live in a town.

So scared and lonely, days filled with fear.
People come swim they seem so filled with joy.
Why can’t these humans see all his tears?
He was once free but now merely a toy.

A captive dolphin lives only five years.
Send his family photo souvenirs.

Risso dolphins are listed and recognized as endangered everywhere but Japan. This highly intelligent and empathic creature would rather commit suicide by throwing himself on the rocks in an attempt to escape the horror of seeing and hearing his family and friends being murdered on the other side of the cove. Japan should be ashamed and it's citizens need to put an end to this senseless killing that has the rest of the world outraged.
