You're going to have a very hard time buying one of these now if things in the raid scene stay changed. You will probably have a better chance just joining a raid guild, taking the hundred hours or so farming the key and then several months trying to farm it with your guild (can cut guild farming time with joining a better guild and tracking).

Medallions are easily obtained by plat. Tooth will be difficult unless TMO still sells it. Dunno what rots will be like after this last week.
