New plan!!

Killing Bosses

No bosses will be killed between 12pm -12am. With the exception of accepted rotations.
To engage a boss the guild must have at least 15 present at at the pull spot for the boss with all relevant adds cleared.
If 2 or more guilds are present and able to kill they will random, the higher will get the 1st attempt.
The attempt must be made within 10 mins. If the attempt fails the next guild will get 10 mins to engage
If the same guilds meet again at a boss the winner of the random of the previous encounter must concede the 1st attempt to the prior loser

Encounter Rules

The guilds involved will be in discussion. The random will be honored. No training or interfering in an attempt will be allowed
Evidence that a guild has alts camped at a spawn in order to increase reaction time will forfeit the right to the 1st attempt
Bat phone is considered a 3rd party program and is banned

This argument needs to die. If people log in to p99, they have a say, imo. Exclusionary thinking got us into this mess in the first place.

Part of the point of this push is to make more things available to more people...or haven't you been following along?

No, they don't have a say. Maybe you have forgotten. The staff has set up a restricted-access forum and THOSE people are given a say. You can stomp your feet all you want but the simple fact remains that the staff decides who actually gets a say and it isn't him, it isn't you and it isn't me.

We don't get a vote and if you don't like it you can start your own emu server.

If you don't think that those of us who do have a say in the negotiations are not listening to the average player and thinking about the long-term health of the server, you're dead wrong. Further, this is a fantastic venue for the un-guilded or (by some standards) the under-guilded to sound off. The point is a fix for them, too. And we're representing them, too, as well as we can.
