Secondary account not able to log in

I created a second login for eqemu to start my first alt and while my first account is still able to log in I can't seem to get my second one to. I get past the username/login screen but once I try to join the server it kicks me back out to the login screen. At one point I received a message saying my IP address had been suspended temporarily, but I'm not trying to box, just trying to make a new character.

New to the server, but I looked around and couldn't find a fix on either this forum or the one at EQEmu. Any help is obviously greatly appreciated. My acct name is the same as this one if the mods see this.

UPDATE: You have to log in to standard Project 1999 on that same account before you can log in to Red. Problem fixed.
