Make all of Sky an 8 hour spawn

In the spirit of repops and a few extra mobs, could we get Sky changed to a constant 8 hour repop? Right now the rotation is already bulging at the seams and the weekend guilds get screwed. Plus with an 8 hour repop we could have people go in the mornings as well.
