Iv been with yens since ninteen sebenty-one and all iv got is issue after issue. Yens system is always down, yens break my internetz and make me nerd rage, yens take my moneyz, yens take my items away so i can no longer get them. Im going to cancel!! I wants to speak to tha manager right now! I want my service for free, I want my items for free, I want my exp for free, and I want a credit on my account for my unreliable service and hardships! if you dont upgrade my character to the newest and latest model im going to go and take my business elsewhere! cant believe yens take my money and expect me to be happy with all this! Im going to Ultima Online!!!

P.S. if yens make me pay for one more expansion or patch we are going to fight!
