Default If you die during a DDoS (Server lag) and cannot find your corpse...

Your corpse will be at the succor/evac point of the zone you died in. The succor/evac point for each zone can be found here:

http://wiki.project1999.com/Travel_Guide#Teleportation

When we do a mass res it will move everyone's corpse to the zones safe point (succor/evac spot). That will mean there may be many corpses stacked on top of one another and you will need to /corpse without anything targeted to pull yours out.

Please help your Project 1999 staff help you by telling your friends this information so that they can locate their own corpse and don't need to ask for assistance in finding it!

Also, a good rule of thumb if you want to receive a res in a timely fashion, is to stay logged in for a while after the lag stops. This will ensure you get hit by a res when we do a bunch of them in a row. Thanks for playing, fuck DDoS, and enjoy your classic EQ experience (pretend the DDoS attacks are simulated 28.8k modem lag and you'll find yourself less frustrated).

<3,
Your Project 1999 Staff.

Oh, and for the love of god please don't put a petition in for a res unless its been at least an hour since the last attack. We have to delete each petition individually by petition # and the #delpetition command, and doing hundreds of these at once takes stupid amounts of time and may result in your staff's fingers falling off in the process.

See its frustrating when where you live only offers 28.8k service! Then it throttles down to where your getting 1/2fps! I feel like I'm watching my character run through jello.

Just kidding I get at least 56k speeds.
