Tier'Dal Mercenary on wrong faction

Should be on Kromzek faction, as they are part of the Field Supplies quest (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=963).

Currently scowling to me, amiable to kromzek, dubious to kromriff.
