How much force required for Lord Rak'Ashiir for shaman epic?

I'm wondering what kind of a force I need to kill this mob safely. I know I can get access to a 60 enchanter and a 60 topor shaman. What else would I need built around them to safely kill this mob? Thanks.

A good group of 60's can do it, and a good 60 CLR with puppet strings can solo =D
