Trooper Scale Breastplate Quest: Need a Friend!

I'm a level 29 Iksar Warrior. I've been farming WW Giants like crazy trying to earn enough cash for 3 Rubies. Anyone who has been near WW has probably seen me at 30%hp droppin Giants. I've finally got my Rubies, and need a little assistance in Firiona Vie completing the last requirement for the quest.

The quest basically requires:

Kill Sergeant Daelione (Level 26 Paladin)
Loot an item, hand it to Veksis who spawns.
Veksis then spawns Commander Straeven
Commander Straeven is a level 45 Paladin, and beyond hard for me to kill.

They both have a -50 Faction hit, totalling -100. That's equal to 10 Goblin/Pirate kills and not a huge deal.

If anyone happens to be in the area and has time to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not one to be spoon-fed, but waiting until level 45 (In my case as a Warrior probably 47) to upgrade my banded breastplate is pretty disheartening.

I'm on all the time, and most likely I'll be sitting near the FV bridge. Thanks guys!
