Finding a low level group thread (1-30)

The idea is that when this thread is bumped, somebodys looking to group at the 1-30 bracket.

Like me right now, level 5 wizard around EC or level 8 SK in Uguk

Maybe split into 10 lvl brackets?

1-5

5-10

10-20

20-30

30-40

40-50

50-60
