Where do the options save to?

So I just returned to Project 1999 from about 5 months ago and I had saved my Character ini files. I finally got those working but I noticed the settings hadn't been saved as far as the alt+O options menu is concerned. Where are those saved? Like to was with a s d w keys and such. Is there a file the has all of that saved that is easily accessible?
