Spell gem bug?

All my spell gems are currently blank. They are just colored bubbles, but there is no picture to indicate which spell it is (if I mouse over the gem I can see what the spell is).

Is this some sort of UI issue or did I install something wrong? This first started to happen after that new UI stuff came out like 1 or 2 months ago.
