Recovering a P1999 account

Coming back to P1999 after a while, my wife figured out her game account (login server?) and her eqemulator.org account. However she can't remember / guess the project1999.com account and the system says none is registered to all the emails she thought to try.

Is there a way to recover the account for this forum from the other two she has?

If not, is it possible/recommended for her to register a new account here then link the account she has to it? (we last played before the eqemulator.org linking) Would that affect anything? Would we need a new IP exemption? (Is it to P1999 account, eqemulator.org account or login account?)

Techincally you dont even have to link your account to here but you can if you want. Just make a new Forum handle and your fine. Really dont need to do anything else if you dont want.
