Default GMs: Please remove class restrictions on target 'BDA'

It is becoming increasingly obvious that TMO can train BDA with impunity, but other guilds cannot. I have been talking with some other members of Class R and we have decided this aggression will not stand: not only is class R locked out of VP, but we are also denied this other content as well. Please implement a 3-week R/C/FFA train rotation on BDA.

Training BDA scum is something everybody should be able to enjoy. I vote that ProjectWelfare move forward towards more inclusive times, where every member of this community, casual or hardcore, can enjoy the tears of Chest.
