Sontalak Rampaging

Sontalak rampaging and flurrying making him insane.

Please remove the rampaging.

Sontalak is Rampaging and Flurrying and should only be flurrying

Also we have noticed that even with extremely high magic resists he will more often than not land fears. Something you might want to look into.

Fixed the rampage, pending update.

I don't remember Sontalak ever Fearing, maybe it was really weak?

He should AE Fire, Proc Cold, and dispel I think.

Effects used:
Annul Self (Removes all the spells cast on him)
Beholder Dispel (AoE dispel that removes 1 to 4 of your buffs)
Dragon Roar (Fear spell run run run!!!)
Molten Breath (650 AoE)

Was great after a wipe in TOV. Would cast lvl 1 wiz spell and agro him right before I zoned in. Fear would hit everyone, and it was a slaughter. Many mad people made eq so much fun.
