Merchants: Over 200 wisdom at lvl 60 not giving more mana

After a long road I finally hit 60 on my shaman and was 201 wisdom , and today I got a small upgrade and it had 1 extra mana was 201 wisdom before. now 202 and not showing any changes to mana ,I always remembered you gained 6 mana per wisdom point at lvl 60.

If it's a known bug please ignore this post , I did try to search for it in advance but search gave me no help .

If your wisdom was below 200 you might gain 6mana per wisdom at 60 but since you were over the 200 softcap you only get like 2-3 mana per wisdom. But wierd you didnt see any mana gain. did the old item have any +mana on it?

yes tested with sky ring http://wiki.project1999.com/Vermilion_Sky_Ring and my old ring http://wiki.project1999.com/Platinum_Jasper_Ring . no mana gain just ac dex and resist I made sure before throwing a post on here .

Had a druid do the same test to see if it was just shaman only problem , Polished Mithril Mask 200 wis = 2835 drake-hide mask 203 wisdom = 2867 with only 10 mana gain on the mask . so it must be after 3 points or wisdom or shamans are borked . any shamans around to help me check this ? , if it's 6 mana per point of wisdom then he got 4 extra mana for it .
