Shaman melee weapon skills bugged
So I noticed that on my shaman his 2H Blunt and Piercing skill both capped at skill lvl 52 when I was level 12. I dinged 13 and my skills went to level 56 and have yet to move again. I know Its random but this seems to be buggy, I hit skill level 52 at lvl 12 in less than 4 mobs. I hit 56 at lvl 13 in about 3 mobs as well. After several dozen mobs it has yet to go up again.
Seems to me that the skills might only be increasing by 4 per level. But its definitely not moving.

Definitely an issue here. Offense/Defense Skill are hard and fast level 65 at character level 13. Have melee soloed every kill this level and have yet to go beyond 56 Skill Piercing, and 55 Skill 2HB.
I achieved these numbers in the first 30 swings of the level. Several hundred swings later, no more skillups.

Priest 4 melee skillups each lev plus 4
You are not supposed to be meleeing as a hybrid. 13x4 + 4 = 56
