NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Croc and PH's not spawning

Just logged in in Upper Guk to check if AC was available. There was a druid there stating the spawn is broken and AC or PH's are not spawning. She had been checking up on it for hours.

I've been online for like 20 minutes now and no spawn.

Googled around and hit an old thread about it and you fixed it so thought I would give it a shot and submit as a bug.
