Pets and lulled mobs out of LOS
I am not 100% sure this occurs every time, or if it's something else, but I think I have narrowed it down to this.
When a mob is lulled outside of the mage's line of sight, and then pulled to the group I am unable to send a pet on it and the mob's hp will be stuck (visually) at 100%. It may not be this at all, but it seems to happen most often when this is going on. | ||

This happens when you hit assist when the mob or player is still too far away. Used to happen to me too then I learned to wait till the person I'm assisting is closer.
I agree that it's a bug, but not a major one. | ||

Ahh, I was just coming here to post that this was indeed what was happening instead.
It's not a big deal but it's majorly annoying for me as a mage. | ||

You can fix this by hitting escape to clear your target and then retarget.

I could be wrong but I remember for the longest time it used to be like this on live. I seem to remember enchanters would almost never use their pets because they were uncontrollable and would break mez.
