Default distant merbs warping

Issue: NPCs far away (like midrange between my character and max clipping plane) instead of waking on their path, they will stand still for a server tick then warp to their actual position. When still, the NPC is either non animated or looks like they are walking in place. This issue goes away when I move closer, but sometimes they remain unanimated and slide on their path.

I kind of remember a time where it wouldn't, thinking before the patch that had all the warping bugs?

Reading on the phone - but this sounds like one of the Slider settings is set too high.

LoD perhaps, lowering it to the minimum should fix this, will check later on tonight for the option.
