Trading summoned items crashes client/zone

I have returned from a break of p1999 but upon my return I have discovered a new bug. I have been handing out lvl 60 mage pet gear in East Commons to noobs. If summoning / trading quickly to people my client will boot me. Just a few mins ago it booted me and reset the entire zone booting everyone to log in. Also I summoned some items and took a nap offline... those items were still on me 5 hours later after logging back in.
