please someone help

So i downloaded Titanium and Daemon and got it installed but i am really confused as to


"Install Everquest Titanium to a fresh directory. This directory must be separate from any live Everquest installs and dedicated to EQEmulator. Some users have experienced trouble installing Titanium to their Program Files directory with Windows Vista/7/8, so an alternate path should be specified (Example: C:\EQEmu)."


Where do i make this new file and do i copy and paste everything in the orginal download into this one? where do i put the new p99 zip file? please someone help i have never had this much difficulty downloading.

Sounds like you are using a zip of a backup copy that you made

In that case you can just run the setup program, then point the install directory to anywhere (C:/EQEmu preferred)

You have to mount the CD images. It will run through the install process and ask for a location. Easiest is just C:\P99 or whatever you want to call it.

Once you have Titanium installed and set up with the modifications,then download the latest patch and extract it to the same location you installed Titanium.

If the only installation of everquest is titanium(for p99) on your computer, you can probably disregard the bit in quotes. Mine is installed into program files x86

It has nothing to do with how many EverQuests you have installed. When you install to the Program Files folder on Win Vista/7/8 you have to deal with administrator permissions. Issues can arise because of this.

OP: Once you have Titanium installed, unzip the latest patch (P99Files33.zip) and put those files into your new Titanium folder (wherever it is), overwriting all files.

Okay so I can log in, but I'm having some bugs. Double screen when EQ is loading up but it disappears once I get to chat select. Also when camping I crash sometimes and no loading screen when I zone

Any ideas?

Where it looks like it is loading two windows then combines back into one slight off center of the other window? It just happens sometimes, don't worry about it.

Also when camping I crash sometimes and no loading screen when I zone

Everyone crashes when camping sometimes.

As for the loading screen,

To change the loading screen, navigate to the Resources folder and replace loadscreen.jpg with one of the following (Right Click and Save As):

also there is a setting in Options for "show loading screen while zoning". You can toggle it on or off
