Nilbog summoned the fourth tome for me tonight, but the gleaming sphere of light did not respond to hails or any of the intermediate dialog.

Fixed, pending update.

Quest didn't exist at all.

Did the turnin after the patch and got my wreath of nature. All the dialogue from Alla basically works, although I didn't check character for character.
