Cobalt Drake Tailored Items

I found a couple discrepancies when I tested the cobalt drake set of tailoring recipes.

1) The cloak has +4 wis instead of the +4 sta it's supposed to have.

2) EQTraders lists MNK as a useable class on the gorget, but it's not listed on the one I made. I actually believe this to be an error on EQTraders, since none of the other items in this set can be worn by monks.

1) Alla has it listed as WIS going back to 10/2001

2) Gorget doesn't have MNK here either.

I wouldn't use EQTC for anything except for recipe and trivial data.
