Phase spiders healing touch

I was testing out mage pet on the phase spiders in DN. Whenever the spiders did their shadowstep proc on my pet he regained ~30% health. Wonder if just pet thing or if same happens to human tanks. Mage swarming phase spiders anyone?

Also pathing was screwy. When they run on low health they just go right thru walls. Pet was able to follow and finish them np but players can't follow.
