Miscellaneous: Client Crash when switching from Windowed to Full Screen

The game will load correctly when loaded with windowed mode, however if set to load full screen the client will crash. "Failed to Reset device" error message pops up.

If fully loaded into the game (Windowed Mode), the switch to Full screen the game crashes with the dialog error mentioned above.

I am able to switch to full screen at the login screen, but then the client will revert to windowed as soon as the character select screen loads. I am able to switch back to full screen at the character select screen, however when the world loads the client reverts to windowed again, switching to full screen at this point will result in another client crash.

This problem appeared late last evening 12-2-14
