Game Mechanics: Necromancer charm undead nerf.

I'm in City of Misty using Cajole Undead at arena. The spell has yet to last longer than 1 minute, and typically lasts around 3-5 ticks. I know with the recent patch some things have changed, but I don't think this was intended. Spell information says it can last up to 15 minutes. I don't know if this has been reported yet or not, but I think it should be looked into.
